St. Gregory the Great Extraordinary Minister Training
The date for the upcoming Eucharistic Minister Training is April 9th from 6:30 to 8:45 pm.
It will be held for the entire St. Gregory the Great family at IHM Church.
The April 9 session will focus on:
- The Mass
- Church History as it specifically applies to the Eucharist
- Theology of Real Presence
- Reverence as an essential characteristic for all ministers
- A question and answer session drawn from This Holy & Living Sacrifice from the Archdiocese.
We will then break up the large group into three smaller groups, one for each parish, and the mechanics of doing the Ministry at your particular church will then be covered.
The evening will conclude with commissioning of all the new ministers for the family.
