Deacon David has been a permanent deacon since 2004. He attended the United States Naval Academy and then The Ohio State University. He is a retired mechanical engineer and an adjunct professor at Cincinnati State College and the University of Cincinnati. He is an on-call Deacon / Chaplain for Bernadin Council and Liebold Assembly Knights of Columbus, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, The Diocesan Catholic Committee on Scouting and Helpers of God’s Precious Infants. He schedules Deacons for all Masses at IHM, and presides and assists at Baptisms, Weddings and especially funerals. His is a widower to Linda who passed away in 2016. He has 3 children and one grandchild.
